I can't believe it is the middle of July already! This summer has flown by and we have been busy enjoying every minute of it. We haven't planned anything too big this summer, but have kept busy doing lots of fun things for the boys. So, here is our summer in a nutshell...
A fun trip to the zoo--We had such a great time. The animals were all out and being very friendly that morning. The boys got to see everything up close and they were thrilled. Blake's favorite part was getting to pet the sharks.

Blake and Cole have spent a lot of time hanging out with their best buddies, Peter and Emilia. We are so blessed to have them live right behind us and that all of the kids get along so well. I hope it continues!:)

Cole playing with worms...

We took the boys to their first baseball game, an Indianapolis Indians game. They lost interest after the first inning, but had a great time once we moved out to the lawn and let them run around.

We had so much rain in June! We went to the park one morning after a big storm, and this is what we found. After Cole accidentally fell in, I figured why not just let them play. They had such a fun time and kept asking me if it was okay that they were playing in the puddles.

There is supposed to be a road between this stump and the creek!

Cole idolizes his big brother! I love the look on his face in this picture.

The water was up to Cole's knees!

We have spent a lot of time with the pool, water table, and sprinklers this summer too. We definitely have 2 boys who love the water. This is the best action shot of Blake!

We were lucky enough to have Devin's brother and family spend a few days with us in July. Here is Miss Molly enjoying the sprinkler.

Mia, Molly, Blake, and Cole enjoying spending time together...

I tried to tell him you are supposed to run through it!:)

Paul and Mia doing a party popper...

Cole and Uncle Matt...

I could just carry this guy around in my pocket all day, he is that cute.

Blake and Aunt Tara...

We had a fun playdate with Megan and the girls at this awesome splash park in Zionsville. This was so perfect for the boys. They could have stayed there all day throwing rocks into the water.
