Our Big Boy

Today was Blake's first day of preschool. Not only that, but it was the first time he has ever been with anybody other than us or my parents. Of course we have been talking it up for the past couple of months, and I think all the buildup payed off. When I dropped him off, he took off up the sidewalk and told me wanted to go in by himself. So, off he went...(with me close behind:)) He was a little hesitant to enter the classroom at first and wanted me to go with him, but eventually he gave it a try. When I left, he seemed fine--no tears!--so hopefully the rest of the morning is going well. I am so proud of this little guy! I pick him up in a couple of hours, so I'll keep you updated on how it went.
I just have one question. When did this squishy little baby...
turn in to this little boy?

He is such a big boy now. I can't believe that he is in preschool. I'm so proud that he was excited and didn't cry. I bet he had a lot of fun and will be talking up a storm about it for a long time to come.
