Well the first week has passed and we have all survived! Blake passed his first doctors appointment and is doing great. He is sleeping about 2-3 hours in between feedings and is much more alert these days. Today was his first party as two of our best friends have a foreign exchange student, Vanessa, that is unfortunately leaving and heading back to Germany in the next few weeks. We have greatly enjoyed the time she was here and hope that she checks our blog every once in a while and updates us on what she is up to. I threw in a few pictures of when Blake is awake (3 am to 4 am typically) so you can see those eyes. I will update the blog again next week with more pics. Love, Devin, Michelle, and Blake
