Wow, what a great set of pictures - your friendships are many and varied...and that is a good thing.
Isn't it great to have a cute baby right from the start? I saw a lot of Devin in the first pictures, but it looks like he is changing to look like his Mom each day.
You are going to have a lot of fun (and not a little bit of work too) and it is all worth each for each new thing he will learn.
We can't wait for the cousins to meet this summer.
