Our Big Boy

Today was Blake's first day of preschool. Not only that, but it was the first time he has ever been with anybody other than us or my parents. Of course we have been talking it up for the past couple of months, and I think all the buildup payed off. When I dropped him off, he took off up the sidewalk and told me wanted to go in by himself. So, off he went...(with me close behind:)) He was a little hesitant to enter the classroom at first and wanted me to go with him, but eventually he gave it a try. When I left, he seemed fine--no tears!--so hopefully the rest of the morning is going well. I am so proud of this little guy! I pick him up in a couple of hours, so I'll keep you updated on how it went.
I just have one question. When did this squishy little baby...
turn in to this little boy?

10 months!

I know I say this every time, but is Cole really 10 months old already? This is his newest thing..."So big!". As you can tell, he is very proud of himself. He is standing on his own and cruising the furniture like crazy. He loves to pull up to something, then let go to see how long he can stand. He gets so excited, it's adorable. He's really starting to babble a lot more...he says "mama" all the time (which I am thrilled about since Blake called me "nana"' until he was 2!), but I can't decide if it's directed at me or if he's just talking.
